Heavyweight portfolios/folders are three-hole punched for secure storage in standard three-ring binders. Cutouts at the top and bottom keep portfolio from being caught in binder open-close mechanism. Use two pockets to hold papers. Folders are made of heavyweight polypropylene to resist tearing.
